Important Information
This complex has 18 – 2-bedroom units and 10 – 1-bedroom units and is located at 425 Calder Avenue. It is 2 stories in height and units each have their outside entry. The complex is arranged in a horseshoe shape around a grassy common space. Access to the second story is via stairway only.
Located approximately 2 blocks from our main campus, 5 blocks to the centre of town (grocery/drug stores/bank/post office), and 3 blocks to our Recreation and Community Centre.
Residents are responsible for installing their own internet, cable, and telephone; street address is 425 Calder Avenue.
Students can receive mail at the Fort Smith Canada Post outlet using General Delivery (postal code is X0E 0P0), or to a campus post box (P.O. Box 87) which distributes mail daily to student post boxes located on campus. Residents must pick up parcels at the main Canada Post outlet; approximately 6 blocks away from most student housing.
Laundry use is included in monthly rental fee. Students must supply their own soap, fabric softener, etc. Shared machines are located in an individual room on each floor of the housing complex.
