PROJECT MANAGEMENT FUNDAMENTALS (1ST COURSE IN SERIES)

This is the first course in the Project Management Certificate program, and is a prerequisite for the other nine courses. During this workshop you will examine project management from conceptualization through to final completion. You will learn how to set up an effective plan, apply project planning steps, develop the project plan and implement it, manage work in progress, monitor controls, and reporting status.
