The Level 2 Conflict Management course is designed for individuals who have previous experience with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Thomas-Kilmann Instrument (TKI) and are seeking to deepen their understanding and application of conflict resolution strategies. This advanced course builds upon the foundational knowledge gained in Level 1, leveraging the insights provided by previous MBTI and TKI assessments. Participants will explore advanced techniques for managing and resolving conflicts in a variety of contexts, utilizing their understanding of personality types and conflict-handling styles.
