Course description:

In this course, students will reflect on the different aspects of the communication processes they have been practicing and enhance several key skills for both successfully sending and receiving messages via appropriate channels. Students will be prompted to reflect on their use of The Experience Cube, introduced in NLDP Level 1. The Experience Cube is emphasized as a key tool in communication as it is a powerful tool for leadership development, particularly in the realm of communication. By providing a structured framework for understanding and analyzing interpersonal interactions, it enhances self-awareness, empathy, active listening, conflict management, and trust-building skills. By incorporating the principles of the Experience Cube into their leadership approach, leaders can create a more inclusive, collaborative, and effective communication environment, driving positive outcomes within their teams and organizations.
