Course Description
In many organizations today, the focus is on results: finding better solutions faster.  To optimize performance, we must be able to effectively resolve issues, settle differences, and implement tools on every level.  This course is designed to focus on a range of concepts and tools so that employees feel empowered to resolve conflicts effectively. Course Objectives:·       
-Define and recognize conflict in the workplace       
-Identify various modes of conflict        
-Recognize personal conflict resolution tyles or modes         
-Identify the costs of unresolved conflict        
-Assess conflict situations        
-Identify barriers to resolving conflict
