Important Information
This 52-room single student residence is located on 114 Conibear Street in Fort Smith. The residential complex is divided into 4 wings; 3 wings designated for male students; 1 secured wing designated for female students. Our main office for residence administration and support is located in this building.
Located approximately 2 blocks from our main campus, 4 blocks to the centre of town (grocery/drug stores/bank/post office), and 1 block to our Recreation and Community Centre.
This building has WIFI throughout the building, common areas have a stronger signal than in bedrooms, not able to support on-line gaming or heavy video streaming. Common recreation spaces have cable television. There is a telephone available for emergency student use located in the staff office.
Students can receive mail at the Fort Smith Canada Post outlet using General Delivery (postal code is X0E 0P0), or to a campus post box (P.O. Box 87) which distributes mail daily to student post boxes located within Breynat Hall. Residents must pick up parcels at the main Canada Post outlet; approximately 6 blocks away from most student housing.
Laundry use is included in monthly rental fee. Students must provide own soap, fabric softener, etc. Shared machines are located throughout the housing complex in each wing.
