Course description:

Students will have the opportunity to learn the procedures and guidelines to be used when performing radio communications and other aviation-related functions. Emphasis will be on responding to aircraft emergencies or accidents, providing pilots with a landing and take-off information service, recording and relaying position reports and flight plans, coordinating the access of vehicles on and off the runway, and monitoring of radio communication equipment and navigational equipment.
