This nursing practice experience provides opportunities for the student to build on their independence, autonomy and agency in their nursing practice. Students consider individual/community and systemic factors which influence care while prioritizing nursing actions. Using advancing relational and decision making skills, students work to create safety within health care experiences in the context of acute, unstable, urgent, and/or complex situations.
