Students will integrate existing and emerging knowledge and program concepts in the planning of comprehensive nursing care in complex situations across the lifespan. Students will also acquire skills in applying foundational knowledge from pathophysiology, pharmacology, and nursing into their clinical reasoning processes; priority setting in unstable, urgent, and emergent situations; and managing and leading care in complex situations in collaboration with the interprofessional team while facilitating the preservation of personhood.
