Course description:

This course will build on practice experience gained in previous field placements to focus a lens on how to independently manage a classroom in any care and learning program. Students will enhance their proficiency in overseeing the care and supervision of children, the development and implementation of goals and strategies to support learning and supporting culture and diversity within the community. Students will consolidate the knowledge and skills they have gained throughout the program, and demonstrate competence in management, curriculum development, professionalism and communication.
