Course description:

Throughout this course, students will engage in experiential learning opportunities and reflective exercises to deepen their understanding and application of advanced diversity and inclusion principles. They will have the opportunity to collaborate with their peers, sharing experiences, insights, and strategies for fostering diversity consciousness in different contexts.

By completing the Level 2 Diversity and Inclusion Leadership course, students will be encouraged to practice their compassionate leadership skills demonstrating their capacity to drive meaningful change within their organizations and communities. They will be offered advanced knowledge, strategies, and tools to navigate the complexities of diversity, challenge barriers, and promote inclusive environments that celebrate the unique contributions of all individuals.
